feat: 思考頭像即時記錄、失敗可重試，並加上 workspace lint
任務進行中可從思考頭像看到回合、工具與錯誤軌跡；失敗改成可分類的錯誤卡，

feat: 排程、保險箱、熱機桌面與 README
Agent 可建 cron 排程，登入帳號進每 bot 保險箱。閒置桌面改 docker pause，
分頁心跳保活，喚醒不再整套重開；啟動／換手用左上頭像小卡。原生 GUI
走 AT-SPI，VNC 貼上與唯讀不拆 iframe。README 補硬體、對 Grok Bot、
流程圖與二次開發目錄。
