# T071 — 全域驗證與文件收尾

## Goal

完成後，有逐項證據證明需求、Spec 17 場景、後端與前端 gates 全部完成，文件狀態與程式一致。

- 讀取 / 依賴：
  - 檔案：requirements.md、spec.md、plan.md、tasks/INDEX.md、所有相關測試
  - 既有能力 / API：backend make targets、web npm scripts、git diff/status
  - Spec 段落：全文件，特別是 §9

## Outputs

- 驗證 goctl 生成、102000 envelope、pagination、UTC ns、guarded job 與 token 分離。

- 不為了讓 gate 變綠而弱化測試、刪除失敗案例或改動 old/。

- [x] requirements 每一 P0 與 Spec 17 場景都有直接證據，無缺漏才可宣告完成。
