Goal

完成後系統應：RG-01～RG-05 全數通過——既有海巡、Outbox、成果歸因、soft_caps、命名紅線都沒被本 run 弄壞。

• RG-01：海巡三模式 brief／scan 行為一致
• RG-02：Outbox 僅平台成功才 published
• RG-03：既有成果彙總含 radar 成交且既有數字不變
• RG-04：soft_caps 四分項加總等於 monthly_credits
• RG-05：檢索無新增以 lead 指稱銷售線索
