Shared accuracy artifact

Product-aware opportunity accuracy, duplicate and metering regression assets are maintained once in opportunity-inbox/ACCURACY.md and its backend fixture/tests. This avoids two divergent labeled datasets; brand-product-radar T773–T775 consume the same output.
