T775 — full regression testing gaps docs

Goal

完成全 repo 回歸與交付紀錄，明確列出 P1／P2 缺口，讓本 run 可安全結案。

  • 既有 demand-radar TESTING／GAPS 文件

docs/product/brand-product-radar/tasks/INDEX.md edit 只在實際完成時更新 task counts

Behavior

  • 回歸 generic radar、Scout、Outbox、AccountHealth、CRM、Outcome、usage、legacy data。
  • 不把未做能力描述成成功；失敗測試需記原因與對應 task。
  • 文件不得包含 token、私人貼文原文或測試 DB credentials。

Out of scope

  • 實作 GAPS 中 P1/P2
  • 自動發布或 GitHub 操作

Acceptance

  • spec #1–#14、requirements 成功標準均有證據。
