完成後系統應：spec §9 全表（SP／RW／SW／OP／TD／RP／CR／FU／ST／QT／PR）有一份可勾選的測試矩陣，主路徑全數覆蓋。

Acceptance

• 每個 spec §9 ID 都能在矩陣中找到對應 test 或明確標記原因
